I highly recommend it to anyone going through a rough patch. I'm currently going through a divorce. This book has been great because it gives you a strategy. He asserts that your break up was for the best, and he'll tell you why. He'll bring you into a healthy mindset where you can be certain the best part of your life is yet to come. And once you are healed from the split, once you get back on your feet, you will want to read his first book: The Dating Playbook for Men.
This guy knows what he is talking about. I am going through a REALLY BAD breakup. Went to therapy, took sleeping pills, etc, nothing worked. This book helped me to rise like a Phoenix. It goes straight to the point. I loved the chapter where he explains "the chemistry" of love. Now that I understand how my brain works during a break up, everything is easier. If I was able to quit smoking, I can for sure get over my ex. I was about to propose to her... Thank god I did not. Big Ups. Regards from Costa Rica.
